We’ve planted another urban garden! With Mahou having sown the seed, Pascual decided to get on board this healthy initiative. The patch we put together for them was opened on Thursday 5 October. This initiative coincided with the launch of the company’s newest product line. The Goods is a variety of plant-based smoothies containing fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the garden.
Chilies, strawberries, spinach, basil, carrots, peas, broccoli, onions, various types of lettuce, chard, beans, parsnips, radishes, beetroot, leeks, cabbage and celery. This is the fantastic, healthy range of products growing in the urban garden.
The garden was constructed at the entrance to the Calidad Pascual building, located at 24 Avenida Manoteras, in Madrid. It consists of various plots, each containing four of five crops, and an autonomous irrigation system.
Our work also includes maintenance which is carried out by our gardeners and horticultural specialists. Planta 18 was also entrusted with the communication of the urban garden and produced labels with the names of each fruit, vegetable or herb. Our team of staff prepared fruit and vegetable baskets for the opening day of the patch.
We’re happy to see that big businesses are signing up to put together their own urban garden. It’s an original, sustainable, healthy and topical initiative. An exclusive experience and service offered by Planta 18!
