Planta 18 organized for Balfegó the First Gastronomic Days of the Red Tuna. The "Los Chefs del Atún" event took place at the Allard Social Club in Madrid on 25th September. More than a hundred chefs, hospitality entrepreneurs and journalists attended how great chefs of the national cuisine prepared Balfego tuna.
From Planta 18 we took care of the sound, video, technical personnel, decoration, stage, photo call, furniture, catering material, kitchen, etc. We also took care of the staff, as the event involved two hostesses and two assistants from our staff agency All Staff.
